烤烟新品种PVH19生育特性和主要化学成分的含量特点研究

The Maturity Characters of New Flue-cured Variety(PVH19) and its Chemical Composition Characters

对云南省10个试验点的统计结果分析发现,PVH19属早熟品种,适于种植在生长季节较短的地区,且应及时打顶;以云烟85、云烟87、K326、红花大金元和V2为对照,对PVH19的B2F、C3F和X2F三个级别的烟叶的主要化学成分含量进行比较分析发现,此品种的总糖和淀粉含量低,烟碱和钾含量偏高,糖碱比低,除B2F的烟碱含量稍高外,其他均在适宜范围内,其中B2F的总糖、淀粉和糖碱比,C3F的总糖和淀粉含量,X2F的烟碱、淀粉和钾含量在最佳范围内。

Statistical analysis results of ten experimental sites indicate that PVH19 is an early mature variety and is suitable for growing in areas with short growing season,and the plants should be topped on time.Contents of some chemical components of B2F,C3F and X2F leaves of PVH19 were analyzed and compared with check varieties of Yunyan85,Yunyan87,K326,Hongda and V2 and the results show that the contents of total sugar and starch are slightly lower than those of the ck varieties,while the contents of nicotine and potassium are higher than the cks,and the ratio of sugar to nicotine is somewhat lower.Contents of nicotine of all grades leaves are within the suitable range except that in leaves of B2F which is a little higher.Some indexes are within the optimal scope including contents of total sugar,starch and ratio of sugar to nicotine in B2F leaves,the total sugar and starch contents in C3F leaves and contents of nicotine,starch and potassium in X2F leaves.
