摘要
联合固氮菌的研究正在引起广泛的关注。大量研究表明联合固氮菌通过不同方式侵入根内或定殖于植物根表,与植物形成互生关系。联合固氮菌不仅可以固定大气的N2,而且产生植物激素促进植物生长。另外,有研究表明联合固氮菌通过溶解土壤中不能被植物直接利用的磷素从而改善植物的磷素营养。文章对联合固氮菌的种类、侵入定殖机理及其对植物的促生作用的研究进展进行了系统的综述,以期为研究固氮菌在生态系统氮素循环中的作用提供信息。
The associated nitrogen-fixation bacteria are causing increasingly attention worldwide.Plenty of researches have shown that nitrogen-fixation bacteria can penetrate plant root epidermis and live in root,or settle in the surface of roots,and then form an association with plants.N-fixation bacteria can not only fix N2 but also produce the plant hormone,and then promote the plant growth.Recent research had revealed that N-fixation bacteria dissolve insoluble phosphates and improve the bioavailability of phosphorus in soil.This paper reviewed the categories of the associated nitrogen-fixation bacteria,the mechanism of its invading and settling,the function of the bacteria to plant growth promotion.
