学龄前儿童弱视221例屈光状况临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨学龄前儿童弱视屈光状况及视功能发育特点,为临床治疗提供可靠依据.方法:选择3~6岁弱视儿童221例385眼,全部病例初诊时采用视网膜检影法行视力、眼位、注视性质、屈光间质及眼底检查,对检查结果进行临床分析.结果:221例385眼弱视中,远视性屈光不正354眼,近视性屈光不正16眼,斜视98例.结论:学龄前儿童弱视主要是远视性屈光不正和斜视,早期发现、及时治疗是挽救视力、减少青少年弱视的关键. Objective: To study the state of refraction in preschool children with amblyopia and the characteristics of the development of visual function so as to provide reliable basis for clinical practice.Methods: Two hundred and twenty one preschool children(385 eyes) were investigated and selected according to visual examination.Retinoscopy was performed for the first visitor to examine eyesight,eye position,character of fixation,refracting media and ocular fundus and the analysis was made on the test results.Results: Of all 385 eyes,354 eyes were hyperopic ametropia;16 eyes were myopic ametropia;98 children suffered from strabismus.Conclusion: Hyperopic ametropia and strabismus mainly occur in preschool children,early finding and treatment in time is important to prevent and reduce the incidence of amblyopia.
