历史档案消重问题研究

Research on Taking Out the Repeating Historical Archives

现行档案存在重复,历史档案也存在重复,而且有的重复情况还很严重,这是我国各级档案馆馆藏历史档案存在的事实。本文对历史档案重复的不良后果与影响,造成历史档案重复及制约消重工作开展的因素进行了分析,提出了消除历史档案重复举措。

Active archives have repeats. Historic archives have repeats too. And the repeats of historic archives are even more serious. This is the fact which consists in the holdings of all levels’ archives in our country. This article has analyzed the bad results and influences of historic archives having repeats, the factors which have caused historic archives have repeats, the factors which have restricted the work of removing repeats of historic archives develop. And put forward some important actions of removing repeats of historic archives.
