摘要
干熄焦工艺是一项节能、环保的新工艺,而μXL则是运用比较成熟的一套集散控制系统。详细介绍了μXL控制系统在干熄焦工程中的应用,尤其是在系统软件编制过程中,为了使之运行在最佳状态,对汽包水位控制、主蒸汽温度控制采用了三冲量、大滞后补偿等复杂控制算法,为干熄焦的正常运行提供了可靠的保障。经实践检验,该控制精度及稳定性均达到工艺要求,可在锅炉及熄焦控制系统中推广应用。
CDQ technology can protect the enviroment and save energy.while μXL DCS is already meture in application. μXL application in CDQ Project is described in detail to keep the system in the best operating state.Complex algorithms such as the ThereeMete and large deadtime compensation in water level control and main steam temperature control are provided,which e nsures the normal operation of the CDQ project.It has proven in practice to meet both accuracy and stability requirments and can be generalized to other boilers and CDQ projects.
