摘要
介绍了以单片机为核心技术构成的热处理气体渗碳炉嵌入式控制系统;研究了基于误差信号及被控量测量变化速度、加速度的Fuzzy控制算法,解决了PID控制器调节时间长、超调量大的弊端,实现了被控参数快速跟踪给定值的精确控制。给出了过程控制系统硬件电路原理框图,并基于模糊控制思想对控制算法做了描述和分析。最后以气体渗碳过程为例,说明该控制器具有较好的品质指标和鲁棒性,进而提高了热处理产品的质量。
It introduces the embedded control system of heattreatment carburizing by gas furnace consisting of micro controllers as the core technology; it studies the algorithm of fuzzy control according to the change speed and acceleration of the signals for the error and the measure of controlled variable and solves the abuse of overlong time and overadjustment of PID controller to realize the precise control of the parameters which are measured run fast after the set values. It shows the hardware circuit functional block diagram of the process control system, describes and analyses the control algorithm based on the idea of Fuzzy control. At last, an example about the process of carburizing by gas is given which proves that the controller has a good quality and robustness and improves the heattreatment quality of product.
