Realization of Data Acquisition and Processing Using PLC of SIMENS S7-200 Series

应用西门子S7 200 CPU216型PLC实现模拟量资料的采集和处理,可以较理想地实现自来水厂的自动化管理。系统中模拟量输入模块采用西门子EM231,来完成模拟量的采集与PLC主机的连接,并经过数据处理,实现实时监控。所介绍的程序经过实验验证,并给出了一些模拟实验数据和曲线。此系统可以适应于自动化生产线的管理和控制,具有设计周期短,控制可靠,易于操作的优点。

The application of SIMENS S7200CPU216 PLC in realization of analog data acquisition and processing were discussed. It can be used in the auto management of the factory of coming water. In this system, SIMENS EMS231 is adopted to analog input module, which is used to complete the data acquisition, the connection to PLC and data processing to implement controlling on line. The programs introduced are testified by experiment and some experimental data and curves are attached. This system can be adopted to the management and controlling of automatic production line. It has the advantages of short design period, credible control and easy operation. 
