风机是氧化铝生产的关键设备之一,对其运行状态进行监测控制,实行安全联锁,可以提高风机运转率、减少故障发生。介绍了焙烧炉风机的监控系统,由于该系统是由先进的电气设备、仪表及控制系统所组成,因此,该系统功能齐全、控制可靠、监测精度高,为焙烧炉风机系统的稳定运行创造了条件。
A supervisory system for blower system of the calciner and its composition and principles are described.The system is characterised by good precision, reliability and operational simplicity.The application is essential for blower system safty and economic operation.
