摘要
介绍了攀钢RH-MFB真空处理装置预热站的煤气、氧气流量调节系统原理、软件设计及实现。控制系统采用Honeywell公司的S9000e系列小型集散控制系统,通过软件设计,PID调节阀的开度,来控制燃烧混合流量的配比。在不同的工艺温度要求下,选择相应的加热升温曲线,对RH真空室进行干燥和预热。系统自投运以来,运行稳定可靠,控制精度在±10℃以内,节能降耗显著。该控制系统软件设计简便,硬件成本低,适用于加热炉或均热炉等工业炉窑的过程控制,值得推广应用。
System principle software design, accomplish of COG and oxygen flow control is introduced. The control system adopts S9000e series small distribute control system from Honeywell company, controls proportion of burning mix flow, depends on software design and PID control valve. Under different technology temperature request, chooses corresponding heating temperature curve dry and perheat to RH vacuum Room. Since the system runs, it balances credibility, control accuracy is in ±10*!℃. It is evidently economy energy, lowing waste, simple control system software design, low hard ware cost, and is suitable for process control of industry burner as heating burner. It is worth for promotion and application.
