摘要
采用模糊控制技术、变频传动技术、步进驱动技术研制出计算机数控串珠绳锯切割机。该机使用带闭环的变频传动技术取代传统的伺服传动,切割精度为0 15mm。采用IPC工控机和西门子S7-200PLC为主控机,人机界面好,易于编程。改变生产品种,只需修改数控程序,而不需制做模型,大大节省了投资。
The fuzzy control,inverter,steper motor has used to develop a beaded rope saw machine of computerized numerical control.This machine uses inverter system of closed loop to replace servo system, accuracy of cut is 1\^5 mm. It adopts IPC and Simens S7-200 PLC,so it has good interface and is easy to programme. It is no need to make model, just modifying numerical control program can change the production variety.And the investment of machine tool is reduced.
