水电解制氢微机控制系统的抗干扰问题

摘要 采用INTEL80C51单片机做为纯氢发生器的控制核心,配备必要的外围接口电路及功放电路对制氢生产工艺进行控制。根据电解液电导率与温度的变化关系,采用PI控制方法,自动调节电流的大小,控制氢气的产量。在系统开发时,考虑到外界因素和系统本身的因素对控制系统存在着干扰以及现场的实际需要,在硬件设计和软件设计两个方面采取了抗干扰措施。从而有效地抑制了干扰的产生和窜入,保证控制系统可靠运行、稳定地产生氢气。 Adoption INTEL80C51 single chip microcomputer as control core for producing pure hydrogen, it can control production the craft with necessary interface circuit and power amplifier circuit. According to the variety of electric conductivity of electrolyte and temperature, adopting the PI. It can automatically regulate current's size and control hydrogen's yield. When the system is exploiting, considering the interferences of outside factor and system's own factors and demand of condition, it adopts the antiinterference in the hardware and software design.So the production and incursion can be restrained effectively and the system can run.
