摘要
采用计算机分布式控制对Y-500型6面顶压机生产人造金刚石的整个工艺过程进行全方位控制和监测,大大提高了压机运行的可靠性和精确度。PID控制、最优化控制和模糊控制技术的运用提高了温度和压力等人造金刚石生产中的重要技术指标的控制精度。组态技术的引用进一步提高了监控系统的先进性。重点介绍了金刚石压机计算机控制系统的软件和硬件设计方法及取得的好的技术指标和实际应用效果,系统具有良好的推广前景。
A distributed computer control system was utilized to control and monitor the whole process of artificial diamond produotion with press modeled Y-500. It has been shown that the PID control, optimization control and fuzzy control techniques adapted in this study are reliable and accurate in control of essential parameters such as temperature and pressure.The use of configuration technology has contributed to the advanced control system.The software and hardware design of the computer control system of pressure machine is introduced along with good quality specification and application results.The system has very good prospects for generalization.
