煤灰分是煤质评定和定价的主要依据,在很多生产、销售环节中,都需要测量它。结合实例,详细介绍了灰分测量系统的软件实现方法;通过RS-232串口与多台单片机通讯、数据获取、存盘处理和显示,用户界面友好,存储、查询方便、性能稳定,解决了单台仪器多点测量问题。它可使生产统计、技术管理、运销管理中的各种报表由计算机自动完成。
The fly ash is an important guide line of coal quality,it needs measuring in many taches.It gives the software realization of the ash measure and can achieve communication,data obtaining,saving and displaying between RS322 serial interface and multiple SCMs.It has better customer interface,convinent saving,stable performances and solves the problem of multi points measuring.It can complete the forms automatically by PC.
