Design of the Communication and Supervisory Software of Direct Torque Control System

使用VB6 0对异步电动机直接转矩控制系统上位机通信监控程序进行了设计和开发。上位机通信监控程序可以完成系统参数的设置和传递,监控系统的运行状况并实时显示,对系统数据库进行实时存储和更新。在设计的过程中采用MSChart控件与Access数据库相结合完成了系统的实时监控,采用MSComm控件完成了上位机与下位机之间的数据传递。具有界面友好,便于操作,实时性强的特点。实践证明,该应用软件可以降低下位机设计的复杂程度,便于网络控制和远程控制。

Visual Basic 6.0 is used to develop the program on the master computer about direct torque control system of asynchronous induction motor.The communication and supervisory program on the master computer sets and transfers the system parameters, monitors the operational status of the system and displays the status in real time. Besides it can also update the system database. MSChart control is used with Access database in real time supervision of the system.MSComm control is used for the data transfer between the master computer and the slave computer.The system is userfriendly and easy to operate in real time.In practice the application can reduce the design complexity on the slave computer and facilitate network control and longdistance control.
