摘要
中国古代帝王陵墓是封建社会特有的产物,也是当时社会政治、经济和文化艺术的重要组成部分。唐代是中国封建社会发展的鼎盛时期,自公元618年李渊建立唐王朝至907年灭亡,前后290年间,共有21位皇帝执政,除昭宗李晔和哀帝李祝死后分别埋葬在河南渑池(和陵)和山东荷泽(温陵,具体地点不详)以外。
On the Loess Plateau and on top of the Northern Moun- tains,to the north of the Wei River in Guanzhong, Shaanxi Province,is the burial place of 19 emperors of the Tang Dynasty.As Wu Zetian,the only female emperor ever in Chlnese history,was buried in the tomb of her husband Emperor Gaozong whose name is Li Zhi,there are altogether 18 tombs.
