摘要 介绍一种基于CAD/CAE/CAM技术的卫生洁具的新的快速制模工艺,在产品三维CAD模型的基础上,采用专业的流体分析软件对其进行冲水性能分析,开发了基于UG的专用的卫生洁具模具设计软件。采用数控铣削技术快速、准确地制出试制品的陶瓷工作模,然后翻制树脂母模。实践证明,新制模工艺不但提高了产品质量,而且可缩短新产品开发时间,使之由原来的6~12个月降低为1个月,产品研发能力大大提高。 A new rapid tooling method for ceramic sanitary applianc e based on CAD/CAE/CAM technology was introduced. The product was designed in 3D modeling software, and its flushing performance analyzed by professional CFD soft ware. The plaster working mold was designed by the software which was developed based on UG. The plaster working mold for trial-manufacture was manufactured rap idly and accurately by the NC milling machine. The polymer mold is founded through trial-manufacture working mold.
