职业生涯指导的本质在于使人得到全面发展,针对我国高校就业指导工作中存在的诸多问题,提出就业指导工作要突出职业生涯指导,并将职业生涯发展的理念渗透至教育教学的全过程,同时要注重职业生涯指导队伍的专业化建设。

The nature of career guidance is to promote personal comprehensive development.To resolve various problems existing in occupational guidance of our country s university,the following suggestions are put forward,that is,career guidance should be emphasized;the concept of career development should be permeated through the whole course of education;the specialized construction of career guidance team should be strengthened.
