摘要
为使高炉上料系统更加安全可靠,避免事故发生,使PLC更准确地控制主电机加速和降速,采用了由单片机89C51和光电码盘组成的速度测试装置,控制高炉上料系统主卷扬机速度,并设有超速保护的控制程序;当电机超速时及时报警和紧急刹车,为高炉的安全生产提供了保证。采用模块化结构,使软件的结构清晰,调试更加容易。在旧的高炉上料系统中加装该单片机装置后,提高了上料系统的稳定性和安全性,同时还可以直观地观察到主卷扬机的转速,提高了整个系统的电控性能及可靠性。
