摘要
通过对SIEMENS公司新一代分布式控制系统PCS7,过程控制系统SIMATIC PCS7在广州新水泥厂中应用的描述,从系统的角度介绍了PCS7系统的硬件、网络和软件,体现了基于全集成自动化思想与Profibus现场总线以及工业以太网有机地相结合的SIMATIC PCS7的特点,同时也为开放型现场总线过程控制系统SIMATIC PCS7在水泥行业特别是大型水泥厂的应用提供了应用实例。经过单机调试、联机带料运行,结果表明该控制系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好,满足了生产工艺的要求。
The application of SIMATIC PCS7 process control system in Guangzhou new cement plant is described.It reflects the characteristic of PCS7 process control system which is based on totally integrated automation,combined with profibus and ethernet are introduced.And it provides a successful example to the application of SIMATIC PCS7 the opened fieldbus process control system in cement industry.Through stand-alone debugging and online running,the system is steady and credible.
