摘要
信号转导及转录激活因子(signaltransducerandactivatoroftranscription,STAT)在体内多参与细胞因子和生长因子的信号转导通路,作为核内转录因子参与调控基因转录.STAT基因敲除小鼠模型的建立显示了STAT分子在生物体内起到的一系列关键作用,IFN信号转导、Th1/Th1细胞分化的调控、性腺发育、先天性免疫以及获得性免疫.简要介绍了STATs家族7个成员的结构和功能.
STAT-signal transducers and activators of transcription are implicated in programming gene expression in biological events. The phenotypes of various STAT knockout mice reveal an unexpected specificity in biological roles of these molecules. Such as embryonic development, programmed cell death, organogenesis, innate immunity and required immunity. This review makes a introduction on STATs gene family, structure and the function domain of STATs, and the function of each members.
