摘要
为了推进重庆本地高强陶粒生产,本文选用重庆本地页岩,并掺加不同量的粉煤灰,做了一系列预热制度和焙烧制度的实验。经过对实验数据进行分析和研究,总结了烧成经验及数据。认为所选用的页岩作为原料,只要采取适当的烧成制度可以焙烧出高强陶粒。
This paper put emphasis on the research for the test of the prefire system and baking system for the high-strength shale aggregate which material are the shale and fly ash both from Chongqing . Based on the results from the research , the high-strength shale aggregate can be made by the adoption of the clinker system properly.
