摘要 采用接触—分离二状态接触力模型,建立了隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构磨损故障动力学模型。通过数值仿真,研究了不同参数下的动态响应,分析了滑块动态响应与磨损量、工作压力之间的关系,并绘制了滑块运动的Poincare映射图及计算了最大李亚谱诺夫指数,对选择隔膜泵磨损故障特征量具有理论指导意义。 To research wear fault dynamic response for slider-crank of membrane pump,the wear fault dynamic model was built which based on the contact-separation state contact force model.The relation of working pressure and abraded quantity with slider dynamic response was investigated by numerical simulation.Nonlinearity of slider motion was researched by Poincare mapping and Lyapunov exponent.This work is useful to selective characteristic quantity of the wearing fault feather in fault diagnosis.
