摘要
利用啮合过程中滚子与凸轮的相对运动和等距曲面原理推导出了弧面分度机构滚子轴线扫过虚型曲面方程,同时以Pro/E为设计平台,对凸轮机构进行了参数化实体建模,并进行了啮合运动仿真,验证了建模方法的正确性。
Coordinate equation of cam s swept surface for gear indexing cam mechanism have been educed by means of relative movement between roller and cam during engagement and the theory of isometrics curve.Parametric entity modeling of the cam and kinematics simulation of cam mechanism has been done based on the design platform of Pro/E.
