浅谈提高数控机床切削效率的方法

Discussion of the Method Enhancing Cutting Efficiency with NC Machine Tool

分析了影响数控机床切削效率的主要因素是切削用量、刀具材料及几何参数、加工方式、加工路线、工件的装夹等,并提出了提高数控机床的切削效率的有效方法。

In order to enhance the cutting efficiency,the metal excision rate must be enhanced.This paper has analyzed that the main influence factors on the NC machine tool cutting efficiency are the cutting specifications,the cutting tool material and the geometry parameter,the processing way,processes the route,the work piece attire clamps and so on.The corresponding effective methods using to enhance the cutting efficiency were proposed.
