摘要
进行了从氧化铝厂所产赤泥中酸浸回收钛的研究。结果表明,一次盐酸浸出,终点pH值为3时,脱钙率达到80%;二次硫酸浸出时,在硫酸浓度6mol/L、浸出温度80～95℃、浸出时间3h、搅拌速度100r/min的条件下,钛的浸出率在80%以上。
The paper studies titanium recovery from red mud produced by alumina plant through acid leaching process.The results shows that in first stage acid leaching cadmium removal to 80% with end pH value at 3 and second stage titanium leached to over 80% with acid concentration at 6mol/L,leaching temperature at 80～95℃,3 hours leaching time and agitating speed at 100r/min.
