摘要
研究了影响β-萘酚除钴的主要因素以及除钴过程中杂质元素的行为,探索了β-萘酚除钴的工艺条件。试验结果表明:当上清液铜、镉浓度较高时,β-萘酚除钴效果差,用锌粉置换铜、镉后,β-萘酚加入量为钴量的9~13倍时,除钴效果与锌粉锑盐工艺相同,上清液残留钴降至0.5mg/L以下。
The paper presents the behavior of impurity elements and effect of removing cobalt in the process byβ-naphthol.The process factors of removing cobalt was examined.The result showed that the removing cobalt is inefficient by -naphthol as the solution of zinc sulfate containing high-copper and high-cadmium.After the copper and cadmium were replaced by zinc powder, the effect of purifying cobalt was equal to those of zinc powder and antimony salt byβ-naphthol amount to 9~13 times as same as cobalt,The cobalt w...
