36例脑肿瘤患者外围血T淋巴细胞亚群测定分析

Analysis of T-leukomonocyte in 36 brain tumour patients surrounding blood

目的:观察脑肿瘤患者外围血淋巴细胞亚群水平变化,进一步了解患者免疫功能状态。方法:采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP法)桥联酶法技术,对36例颅内肿瘤患者进行T淋巴细胞亚群的CD2+、CD4+、CD8+细胞检测。结果:所查T淋巴细胞亚群CD2+、CD4+细胞水平及CD4+、CD8+细胞比值均低于正常参考值。结论:表明脑肿瘤患者均有不同程度的细胞免疫功能低下表现,良性肿瘤略低,恶性及颅内转移瘤显低。

Objective:To observe the variance of T-leukomonocyte subgroup in brain tumour sufferer surrounding blood for further investigate immune function.Methods:Alkali phosphatase-alkali resistance phosphatase(APAAP)endo-enzymic method was adopted to detect the CD2+、CD4+、CD8+cells in T-leukomonocyte subgroup in 36cases of brain tumour sufferer.Results: CD2+、CD4+、cellular level and proportionality of CD4+、CD8+、in T-leukomonocyte subgroup are lower than normal teference value.Conclusions: Cellular immune function in ...
