Researching survey of using acupuncture anaesthesia in nasal part operation

目的:探讨鼻部手术采用针刺麻醉的优劣,以推动该部位针麻的开展。方法:检索在鼻部手术中使用针刺麻醉的相关文献报道,并进行综述。结果:鼻部手术针刺麻醉效果较好,可以取得更佳的手术疗效。应用针刺麻醉方法,对生命指征影响更小,病人呼吸和循环的变化较单纯局部浸润和全身麻醉者轻,并且适用于全身状态较差的病人。结论:针刺麻醉在鼻部手术中所体现的优势是不可否认的,并且仍是临床麻醉的有效方法之一。
