植物纤维与木素模型物的化学-生物法共聚的研究

摘要 本论文合成了松柏醇葡萄糖苷,并且以植物纤维为基体,添加适量的木素前驱物松柏醇葡萄糖苷,采用木素过氧化物酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和葡萄糖氧化酶为主的催化作用体系,使得纤维之间形成木素-碳水化合物复合体并促使纤维之间发生共聚。通过测定酶催化处理纤维的纸张强度来反映植物纤维中LCC连接的存在。结果表明松柏醇葡萄糖苷在漆酶体系下能提高纸张强度,说明了在植物纤维中有LCC的生成,其较合理的用量是10%,在此条件下,处理后的纸张湿强度提高了1.935倍,但纸张的干强度没有明显提高。 Coniferin was synthesized in this paper.The appropriate amount of lignin precursor-coniferin was added to plant fiber to promote lignin copolymerization between fibers and form LCC under the roles of lignin peroxidase、β-glucosidase and glucose oxidase.The tensile strength of the enzyme-treated pulp was determined to identify the existence of LCC in fibers.Results show that coniferin can enhance the paper strentgh under the laccase system, which indicates that LCC structure was formed after the coniferin-enz...
