从秦汉开始,中国和周边国家通过封贡手段建立起来了一种独特的国际关系体系———华夷体系。它的建立、特点和作用,它和欧洲均势体系的异同,对我们现在的东亚国际关系以启示作分析。

From the Qin and Han Dynasties,China had established a special international relation system,China Barbarian Order,with surrounding countries through grant and tribute means.The establishment,characteristics and role and difference from European balance of power system,will be of benefit to current Eastern Asian international relation.
