摘要
将不同管径(10~100 nm)的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)填加到环氧618与环氧6360的混合物中,经过搅拌分散、除气泡、浇注,并固化成型,研究其在微波频段的吸波性能和对环氧聚合物力学性能的影响。采用波导同轴法测试了复合材料在3.9~12.4 GHz的吸收曲线,并测试了复合材料的拉伸性能。结果表明,不同管径的MWNTs在微波频段均有较好的吸收性能。环氧混合物中加入MWNTs后,拉伸强度略有降低,但拉伸模量显著增加。
Multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) with various diameters(10-100 nm) were filled into a mixture of epoxy 618 and epoxy 6360,respectively.The obtained mixtures were stirred,air bubble eliminated,then were cast and cured.Microwave absorbing properties of the resulted products were tested in the range of 3.9-12.4 GHz by a reflectivity measuring method.Tensile properties of the corresponding composites were also measured by casting the mixtures into dumb-bell specimens.Results show that the MWNTs with different...
