摘要
对Ti6Al2ZrMoV精密铸件进行了400、460和520 MPa三种不同应力水平下的疲劳性能试验。试验载荷采用三角波和轴向循环加载,加载系数K=0.4,应力比R=0.1,且在等幅应力下进行。结果表明,400和460 MPa应力水平下,铸造Ti6Al2ZrMoV合金具备良好的疲劳性能。随着应力水平的提高,疲劳寿命显著下降,520 MPa应力水平下的疲劳寿命均值仅为36.8×104周次。断口观察和分析表明,精密铸件内部冶金缺陷和表面质量等因素,是影响合金疲劳性能的主要原因。
The fatigue property of Ti6Al2ZrMoV precision cast alloy in different stress levels of 400,460 and 520 MPa was studied.Triangular wave and axial circulating load were applied in constant-amplitude test with the loading coefficient K=0.4 and stress ratio R=0.1.The results show that the fatigue property of Ti6Al2ZrMoV cast has good performance when the stress level is 400 and 460 MPa,the fatigue life dramatically falls down with the increasing of stress level,the average fatigue life was 3.68 ×105 cycles.The ...
