摘要
铝电解阳极效应的发生使氟化物气体排放量增加。本文从240kA预焙铝电解槽智能模糊系统的控制,电解工艺参数的搭配,供料方式的改变等方面着手,阐述了降低效应系数的途径,最后达到节能减排的目的。
Anode efficiency of Aluminum electrolysis increases fluoride gas discharge.This paper introduces the methods to decrease anode efficiency factor to get the purpose of saving energy in consideration of controlling intelligence fuzzy system,optimazing process parameters and improving material supply methods of 240 kA pre-baked anode cell.
