乳腺癌及其边缘组织中Syk的表达及临床意义

Expression of sky in breast carcinoma and periphertal tissues and its significance

目的探讨乳腺癌及其边缘组织中脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)活性表达及其与手术切缘的安全性关系。方法用SupervionTM二步免疫组化20例乳腺癌标本及其距癌肿边缘1cm、2cm、3cm组织上、下、内、外象限中的Syk表达率,同时与HE染色作对比。结果Syk的阳性表达率3、2、1cm的组织和癌组织中呈现出逐渐递减的趋势(<0.01);相同边缘距离不同象限的Syk阳性表达率无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论Syk表达的趋势性差异提示在乳腺癌周围组织中存在着分子边界,距离肿块3cm可定为乳腺癌的安全切缘。

Objective To study the spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk) activity expression and molecular margin in the tumor center peripheral tissues of patients with breast tumors,and to explore the security of tumor surgical margins.
