本文采用问卷法等,调查并分析员工的职业压力和身心健康现况,以及两者之间的相关关系。试图在压力应激研究和分析的基础上,针对应激源多维度及主客观交互作用的特点,提出压力应对的主体、性质、策略和原则,着重从组织和个体两大主体角度分析有效应对职业压力的方式方法。
