摘要
目的探讨1990~2006年安徽疟疾疫情的时空分布特征。方法收集整理1990~2006年安徽省各县区疟疾疫情监测数据,采用ArcGIS9.0软件建立地理信息数据库,后导入SaTScan7.0软件对病例进行空间扫描聚类分析,确定疟疾发生的时空热点区域。结果1990~2006年安徽省疟疾病例时空上呈现明显聚集性分布。一级聚类区位于2004~2006年的安徽省北部地区;二级聚类区包含两个区域,一个区域位于1990~1992年的安徽省中西部地区,另一个区域位于1990~1991年的安徽省中东部地区。结论1990~2006年间安徽省疟疾疫情向北部移动,提示应重点研究近年来安徽北部地区疟疾疫情高发的原因,以进一步采取有针对性的预防控制措施。
