摘要
介绍了新钢LF炉渣料及铁合金自动配料系统的组成、控制系统的配置、关键技术和模型的应用。对于缩短加料时间、提高称量精度、保证钢水质量起到了积极的作用。
This paper gives an inteoducion to the auto control system of batching,which is applied to LF Fur-nace in Xin yu steel for mixing the raw materrial of slag and ferroalloy.The structure of this system、the configu-ration of its control system、the critical technology and the application of the model are discussed in this pater.This system is helpful for reducing the charging time and improving the batching precision.It’s also helpful to give a guarantee for the quality of the melt.
