摘要
目的:阐明茴香霉素对淋巴细胞反应性的影响以及在皮肤移植中抑制排斥反应的作用。方法:用MTT法检测茴香霉素刺激下淋巴细胞在单向或双向混合淋巴细胞反应中的反应性。C57BL/6小鼠作为供体,BALB/c小鼠作为受体。手术前3d分别给3组BALB/c小鼠皮下注射生理盐水、环胞霉素A以及茴香霉素,手术当天继续注射至术后第7天。环胞霉素A及茴香霉素的注射剂量分别为:20mg/kg、12.5mg/kg。结果:在剂量10.0μg/L时,茴香霉素能抑制单向或双向混合淋巴细胞反应中淋巴细胞的反应性(P均<0.01);茴香霉素组移植皮肤的存活时间明显高于环胞霉素A组以及对照组。结论:茴香霉素能明显抑制淋巴细胞的反应性;并且能明显延长受体对皮肤移植物的耐受时间,可能为移植免疫排斥的治疗提供新的途径。
