摘要
介绍了应用UG/NX软件对汽车驱动桥壳进行参数化设计的方法,并对某轻型货车建立了其驱动桥壳的动力学模型。在考察其变形、强度和刚度的基础上,对影响桥壳强度和刚度的因素进行了设计研究,并进行了产品结构优化设计。和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。
It presents the parametric design method of vehicle driving axle-housing using UG/NX software. A dynamic model of driving axle-housing of a specific vehicle is set up. On the basis of reviewing its distortion、strength and stiffness, the factors effecting axle-housing strength and stiffness, and an structure optimal design is carried out by using parameter analysis method. Compared with the traditional design, this method enhances the accuracy and efficiency of driving axle-housing design.
