分析了中等规模汽车模具企业数据管理的现状和问题,研究了中等规模汽车模具企业的PDM系统信息模型,包括用户信息模型和设计数据信息模型两个子模型。构建了基于AVIDM数据管理系统平台上的中等规模汽车模具企业产品数据管理系统。通过系统在某汽车模具企业的实施和运行,验证了系统的合理性和可靠性。

The status quo and problems of medium-sized motor dies companies are analyzed. The information model of product data management system(PDM) system for medium-sized motor dies companies is built up, including the user info model and design data model; a custom-built medium-sized motor dies company PDM system is developed on the base of AVIDM platform. The system is proved to be reasonable and dependable according to its implement and running in one motor dies company.
