摘要
叶片是航空发动机的关键部件之一,针对其结构的复杂性和不规则性,介绍了基于UG的飞机发动机叶片造型方法。指出了造型过程中的难点和重点问题是:如何使叶片剖面对应的样条曲线经放样后成为光滑曲面,以及阻尼台的造型方法。以某飞机发动机叶片为例,对叶片造型中的几个问题进行分析,验证了其造型方法的可行性。结果表明:应用UG软件的曲面造型功能,使叶片的设计开发变得精确,进一步提高了叶片的设计效率和加工精度。
