摘要
通过数值模拟与正交优化的有效结合,对影响拼焊板方盒件成形因素:板料厚度比、凹模圆角半径以及坯料形状和尺寸等进行了研究。最终提高了拼焊板方盒件冲压成形深度并减小了焊缝移动。由实际冲压试验也表明:此正交设计优化方法对拼焊板方盒件冲压成形参数优化是有效可行的。
Through the effective combination of numerical simulation and optimization orthogonal,some researches have done on these factors,such as thick ratio of TWB,corner radius of die,the size and shape of TWB and so on,which influences the forming of TWB square-box.And finally,they enhance the forming depth and reduce the weld line movement through the numerical simulation.The experiment of stamping shows that the orthogonal design is Effective and feasible to the forming parameter optimization of TWB square-box.
