摘要
应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件动态模拟了汽车覆盖件中厚度板材冲裁成形过程,得到了汽车覆盖件冲裁模镶块刃口应力场应变场的分布情况,进而分析了造成铸造模具钢镶块刃口崩刃、塌陷、横裂等失效现象的机理。
The sheet-forming large deformation theory and the 3D non-linear Dynamic explicit FEA technique is used to simulate the blanking process of the automotive panels middle thickness sheet based on LS-DYNA module of ANSYS. The distribution of stress field is obtained. So the mechanisms of the failure and the fissure etc in the blanking processing are analyzed.
