摘要
针对汽车薄板拉伸零件中曲面与曲面之间的圆角R,分析圆角大小对零件本身强度,刚性的影响以及拉伸成型的影响。在设计过程中根据不同的材料,不同的零部件,设计出合理的圆角,使所设计的零件在满足自身性能要求下,保证其良好的工艺性能。
It in term of fillet R existing in automobile sheet stretch components curved surface, analyze the influence of fillet R s size to the components itself intensity and rigid as well as the stretch takes shape. According to the different material and different spare parts, designs the reasonable fillet, cause the components which design in the course to satisfy performance requirements and characteristics.
