摘要
根据显微注射流程要求,介绍一种基于单片机89S52的微注射器控制系统的设计。论述了控制系统气路工作原理、硬件电路设计和软件的设计思想。该系统可以完成微注射所需各种工作,并通过上下微机通信传送注射压力、补偿压力、注射时间,用于实验分析比较。
According to the requirement of microinjection, the technology of using AT89S52 as micro-controller to realize microinjection is introduced. And operation principle of pneumatic circuit, the controlling circuit of hardware and the design of software is presented. The system can realize different actions which are need in microinjection, it also can translate data to PC by PC communication .
