摘要
在介绍机器视觉技术的基础上,提出了一种利用机器视觉设备和Visual C++开发塑料薄膜孔洞检测系统的方法。不但给出了整个系统的结构框图以及工作方式,并分别针对该系统硬件和软件的体系结构进行了详细的探讨。测试结果能够满足工业需求,从而为塑料薄膜孔洞检测系统设计提供了一套可行的解决方案。
Based on the summarize of Machine Vision technology, this paper introduces the hole-detecting system for plastic films which is developed by using Visual C++ and Machine Vision. The block diagram of the system was shown to explain the principle the system works on. At the same time, the hardware and software structure of this system are discussed in detail.
