摘要
目的评价新型淋球菌培养基的分离效果。方法将我院研制的新型淋球菌培养基(实验组)与英国的Oxoid公司生产的TM培养基(TM组)、国产MTM培养基(MTM组)对20株淋球菌进行分离培养对比分析。结果实验组菌落数最多,18、24小时与其它两组之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0·05),36、48小时与TM组之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);实验组、TM组和MTM组内18小时与24小时菌落数差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。MTM组24小时与36小时菌落数差异也有显著性意义(P<0·05));18小时TM组菌落较小,与其它两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。24小时TM组菌落较小,与MTM组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。36小时实验组菌落较小,与其它两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。48小时实验组菌落较小,与MTM组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);3组菌落大小均随时间增长而增大,各时间段间菌落大小的差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论新型淋球菌选择培养基分离淋球菌具有经济、简便、灵敏度高等优点,是一种较理想的培养基。
ObjectiveTo determine the effect of isolating N.gonococcus by a new style selective medium. MethodsThe new style medium made by our hospital (experimental group) together with Oxoid’s TM selective medium (TM group) and domestic-made MTM selective medium (MTM group) were applied to culturing 20 strains of N.gonococcus.
