核仁形成区相关嗜银蛋白法在病理性瘢痕诊断中的价值

摘要 目的研究核仁形成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)在增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中的水平,探讨病理性瘢痕的增殖特征。方法应用改良AgNORs染色方法检测47例增生性瘢痕、22例瘢痕疙瘩、16例正常皮肤组织AgNORs图像的积分光密度值(integrated optical density,IOD)。结果病理性瘢痕被染成棕褐色,核仁明显,瘢痕疙瘩中AgNORIOD值高于增生性瘢痕(P<0·05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕增殖活性有显著差异,AgNORs染色方法在增生性瘢痕与瘢痕疙瘩的鉴别诊断中有一定意义。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the proliferation character of pathological scars and normal skins by detecting silver-staining nucleolar organizer region (AgNORs) level. MethodsWe investigated the values of AgNORs in 47 hyperplastic scars, 22 cheloid tissues and 16 normal skins, observed the slices by light microscope, and then identified the AgNORs intergrated optical density (IOD) by image analysis system.
