摘要
提出了一种基于非线性主成分分析的电能质量综合评估方法。该方法改进了传统的主成分分析法(PCA),克服了数据之间相关性的约束并提高了降维效果。利用该方法对监测点的电能质量进行综合评估,用得到的综合主成分指标代替原来较多的评估指标,将主成分的方差贡献率作为权重,以主成分的线性加权值作为综合评估的结果。实例表明该方法能简单、准确、科学地对电能质量进行综合评估。
Based on the nonlinear PCA,a method of power quality synthetic evaluation is proposed.This method improves the troditional PCA by eliminating the relativity and enhancing the effect of reducing the dimensions.By using the nonlinear PCA,the obtained principal synthetic components are used to replace the original index and the synthetic evaluation value is gained by computing linear sum of the variance contributing ratio which is used as the weight.The result shows that this method can get a simple,accurate a...
