摘要
利用工厂燃烧废弃的稻壳灰与碱液反应制备硅酸钠。在常压和加压条件下研究制备高模数硅酸钠的最佳工艺参数,得到制备高模数硅酸钠最佳工艺参数分别为:常压条件下物料比(稻壳灰与碱质量比)10∶2,反应温度140℃,反应时间6 h;加压条件下压力0.6 MPa,物料比10∶2,反应时间4 h。硅酸钠的模数分别达到2.9和2.77,且质量均达到相应的国家标准。
The rice husk ash abandoned by the factory after burnt was used to prepare sodium silicate after reacted with alkali liquor.The optimum process parameters for preparation of sodium silicate with high modulus were studied under normal pressure and specific pressure conditions,which were: under normal pressure,the material ratio(rice hull ash to alkali mass) 10∶2,reaction temperature 140℃,reaction time 4 h;under 0.6 MPa pressure condition,material ratio 10∶2,reaction time 4h.The modulus of sodium silicate wer...
